Grace Liles Dyer passed away peacefully in Ames, Iowa on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017, at the age of 93. She was born February 29, 1924, in Guilford, North Carolina to Herbert Sampson and Sallie Flora Wear Sampson. She is predeceased by her two dear children, Donna Liles Spicchiali and Jean Liles, and her dear husband, Ben Carr Liles. Grace spent her life caring for others. She was extremely generous, volunteering her time and talents to those in need. She was a dedicated parishioner of First Presbyterian Church in High Point. She is survived by her 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 sons-in-law. A small graveside service will be held on December 9th, 2017, 1:30PM, at New Gardens Friends Cemetery, 801 North Garden Road, in Greensboro, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.

Grace and Bill were our wonderful neighbors here at Piedmont Crossing for many years and she has been missed during the years she lived in Iowa, and now will be missed by many more. Our sympathy is sent to her family and friends.
