We are sorry and saddened to hear about the passing of Gary. He was such a nice, hard working, funny, knowledgeable, and kind man. There are many memories with Gary and the Black family that we will always remember. I know your mom has baked a fabulous meal for him once he arrived in heaven! (Most likely my dad is joining him at the table!) Sending you hugs and prayers.

Gary and I are members of the Class of '64 from AG High School. Now Steamboat Rock and Wellsburg are included. As kids Gary and I lived about two miles apart from each other. He lived on the east side of the M & St. L tracks and I lived on the west. Our lives took different treks after graduation, but it was always good to visit every five years at our class reunions. I looked forward to seeing and talking with Gary at those I attended. It saddens me and my heart is heavy to realize those visits are over for now. Yet it fills my heart with joy to know that Gary is in an eternal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This world is not our home. Gary is home. To those of us who mourn, Blessed are we who mourn, for we shall be comforted. Jesus loves us, each one and all. God Bless.
