I want to offer my sincere condolences to Becky’s family. I worked with Becky a lot of years while managing many federal pass-through funded projects for cities and counties at the Iowa DOT.
Becky was extremely skilled at finding common sense solutions to project development problems. The Systems Planning Bureau at the Iowa DOT was very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from Becky over many years on hundreds of projects.
