I met Betty when we both worked in the Fabric Dept. @ J. C. Penney about 1980. She was a delight to work with and helped the work go by faster. I left that job to stay home when my first son was born in 1982 but we continued to keep in touch. When I was pregnant with my 2nd son in 1985, Betty & Rollen babysat my first son when I went to my 2nd pregnancy Dr. appts. As the years went by we still kept in touch a little more sporadically but usually exchanged Christmas cards. I very much enjoyed the video tribute - she had quite a life !! I am unable to attend her service as my husband and I have a standing commitment to babysit our granddaughter out of town that day.I wanted you to know, though, that she was a very special lady - I’ll never forget her.
