My condolences to the family of Chuck on your loss.
Chuck made me feel special when he gave me my 5-year pen for working with Land O'Lakes back in 1989. Something a person in his position didn't need to do but did because he wanted to.
Chuck also taught me a valuable lesson. We were at a casual get together with people from the coop's and he didn't want them to know who he was. He wanted their honest opinions about how things were going and I realized he couldn't get that if he told them who he was.
He was truly a great person to work with and know.
