My heartfelt sympathies to Fred’s family.
I knew Fred from the DOT. He was a wonderful person to work with and always had that beautiful smile on his face. He was so pleasant to work with.
After he retired, he did volunteer work and delivered medications To homes from the Hyvee clinic. It was so appreciated by those of us who are sick needing those meds.
And of course he would be wearing his cyclone colors like above. Rest in peace Fred.
