Glennice LaDonna Picht's Obituary
Glennice LaDonna Picht, 80, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville, Arkansas. A Graveside Service will be 10:30 am Monday, June 28, 2010 at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery in Slater. She was born on April 7, 1930 in Slater, Iowa to Lewis B. Erickson and Minnie Munson Erickson. She received a degree from Drake University of Des Moines with a Major in Elementary Education and a Minor in Music. She taught elementary education for many years in Ames, Colo, and Clarion, Iowa. She was a member of the United Lutheran Church where she was very active including the choir. She loved Antiquing. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, and four sisters. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph Picht of Bella Vista, Arkansas; five sisters, Patricia Crosley of Park Rapids, Minnesota, Ramona Tokheim of Edina, Minnesota, Betty Anderson of Mankato, Minnesota, Leona Erickson of Kansas City, Missouri,and Idelles Jean Erickson of Kansas City, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.
