Connie and Sara, Robert let us know about your father. He will be missed. Please except our prayers for both of you and your families. I can only add that I do not miss seeing him as my dentist. But did enjoy the kindness he expressed and his fashion sense. It was nice to see him during a Ames baseball game sitting on the fence line next to dad when we came to visit Dad, Robert, Noel and the boys. So sorry for your loss

Going to the dentist was NOT suppose to be fun but Dr. Jim threw that myth right out the window! I always enjoyed seeing him & he always had a smile on his face along with that twinkle in his eye....not to mention he would wear a very loud & brightly colored pair of golf slacks in the office. Great memories. He was a riot & and fine dentist. Dr. Jim was one of the good guys.

To Connie & Sara & family, you know I think the world of you. I am so sorry. You are in my prayers.

We enjoyed cleaning for him when he was in his townhome. He would wave at us when we went to lunch. He would always make you laugh. He was a good friend to all that knew him. He will be missed!!!!
