Jean & I met and became friends during her time in Belgium. She was such fun to be around! We visited Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen & she convinced me to ride one of the attractions where you dropped straight down. As soon as I agreed she raced up to the ticket booth for the ticket before I could back out! Visiting her in San Diego she took me to lunch at a restaurant with a great view & a lot of very attractive out of work actors. You could always count on a laugh when you were with her. She will be missed - truly great friend & an inspiration to us all to go out and live every day.

I am so sad at Sandy's passing. As cousins we grew up at different parts of the country, but whenever we saw each other, we were friends, and kept in touch. When my sister Jane passed, we decided we were the two Sevey's left of our generation. God Bless her, and I pray the Lord helps you all get through this very difficult time. She was a special lady and I admired her a lot. Thank you for the pictures in her honor. Family was all important to her and the pictures reflect that.

Jamie Grant. I grew up on Ross Road and the Bucks were on Ontario we were backyard neighbors. Kevin and Brian and Kathy and I would play in when my mom was gone Gene was my second mother and what a great one she was. I remember climbing the fenceTo play with the boys and then going inside and getting some cookies. I just remember she was so calm and nice and I will never forget that! I guess life goes full circle I’ve stayed in touch with Kevin Staca and her husband Derek and their wonderful two boys. Jean has been such a wonderful friend throughout these 40+ years that I've known her. She was always so full of life and joy and the video demonstrates her zest for life and adventures. Her intelligence and happiness were truly contagious. The world lost a beautiful and kind woman, and I will miss her very much. I will always remember her, with love and appreciation, and she will somehow always live on in my heart. What a beautiful video of Jean and her family. So glad she got to spend time with her beloved family during her final years.
