Loretta Ann Rush, age 53, of Ames, Iowa passed away Sunday Dec. 29, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. A gathering of friends and family will be Noon until 1:00 pm Saturday Jan 25, 2014 with a 1:00 p.m. time of sharing stories about Loretta at Grandon Funeral and Cremation Care, 414 Lincoln Way Ames. Loretta was born April 19, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of Pat and JoAnn Rush. She was a homemaker and a mother to her three children, Tony, Vinny and Ashley Rush all of Ames. She also leaves behind her best friend Tim Kinyon of Ames, her parents, Pat and JoAnn Rush of Melrose, sisters, Becky and David of Des Moines, Terri and Duke Carter, Kristi Meeks both of Melrose and a brother Steve and Debroah Rush of Des Moines.
