What a BEAUTIFUL woman Margy was, inside and out. She and Jared were a classic couple together and both of them had such a LOVE for the Lord Jesus Christ. I met them in Dubois WY through St. Thomas Episcopal Church shortly after I moved to that small town in 1992 and Margy was generous enough to "loan" me her husband at a dance so I could join in! I know she was praying for me and I did meet my husband, Robin, there and we later joined her and Jared in Bible study together. She sponsored me to attend WY Cursillo which opened my spiritual heart for which I am eternally grateful. Her love for God permeated and radiated from every pore with a selflessness that taught me a great example of a godly woman and wife. And I, too, remember seeing her stand on her head (!) and hang upside down from a doorway bar to stretch out her back! I thank God for the privilege of knowing and loving both her and Jared. I can see them dancing in heaven before the Lord in their cowboy boots and hats! Blessings to her Family!!

Margy taught my daughter and I how to make bagels. We then, started a Bible study in Dubois WY at her house!
She was a total delight and she helped me feel at home in Wyoming. I thank God for her!

My late husband, Gerry and I were friends with your parents in Dubois, WY. We had some great times together. Marge amazed me with her daily walks to the top of Whiskey Mountain. We also had the privilege of visiting with them in their home in Las Vegas, NM. I always looked forward to the Lenten Letters at Easter. She was one of a kind and I am blessed for knowing her. We are sorry to learn of your mother’s death, Jackie. I was interested to read of her care for and involvement with special needs children. I can see how her positive attitude and kind heart would have served well in that capacity. Doug and I so enjoyed knowing her in the later years of her life while she was able to attend St. John’s with us. I’ve thought of her often during these past years when she could no longer go. I’m grateful for the time we got to spend with her - she was a delight and inspiration.

My parents were Alvin and Maxine Edwards who also helped start Pleasant Hill. My brother Marvin still resides in State Center. I am his guardian and see him at least weekly. He does very well in the small community where everyone knows him. He stays very active and will be 74 in August.
Your mother was a fun person to know. She always had a positive attitude.
Memories are the legacy of love.
