Mitch was the most humble and thoughtful Engineer I worked with in 35 years. He was always looking forward and with a great attitude. He was compassionate and it was a great joy to count him as a friend. When my son died of an overdoes 5 years ago, Mitch called the next day to give his condolences. He offered that it I was struggling, I could call him any time day or night and we could talk. I keep a copy of his voice message and listen to it when I get discouraged. Mitch had a way of coming beside you to help you be strong. To Kim and the kids, know that he is very much loved and respected. I know you know his heart and I am better for knowing it as well.
