Pat, you and your kids were so special back in our Bourn's days. I am so sorry I dropped off the map when I moved to Florida. I am glad you found a really good guy to be with. You sure deserved it after all the grief. Thank you for all your love all those years ago.

Pat and I became friends when I started babysitting for Brad when he was in preschool. Since then we shared so much of each other’s life, she was there when Heather had Brandee 30 years ago. I could write a book how much we shared kids graduating from high school, all the grandchildren being born,weddings, funerals, I stood up with her when she married Phil she was finally happy with the man she loved. My mind has been flooded with so many memories it makes me so sad that we won’t have anymore memories. I love Pat she was always an awesome friend to me. I am sorry that we’re not in Iowa to help celebrate her life. Love you guys.
My cousin Patty and I we're like sisters growing up in Iowa. Patty had a big heart and cared for many foster children. I will miss her dearly. Rest in peace.
We will miss her smile and the fun we have had.
She truly was a great wife to my brother -
