John, I’m so very sorry to hear of your loss. She was my classmate and we had fun in high school! Be strong and thinking of you. Steve puelz
Dear John,
I am deeply saddened to hear about Sonja's passing. Sonja was a wonderful person, caring, and a joy to anyone who knew her. When we worked together at Iowa State, I was always impressed and so very thankful for Sonja's input and what she added to our office. Her friendship meant a great deal to me and I will miss her.
My deepest sympathy and regards,
Sharron Quisenberry
Such a beautiful, kind, caring and wonderful sister. We will miss her so. John, our hearts go out to you at this difficult time and we are here for you. Sending our thoughts and prayers.
I’m so old that I can remember the first day you came to work in Beardshear Hall, dear Sonja, as a 20-year-old receptionist in the PREPS Office. So many of us soon learned how overqualified you were in that job, as every advancement you made thereafter revealed what a wonderful person you were. So smart, proficient, yet always considerate and thoughtful about everyone you dealt with. Dear Sonja, you weren’t supposed to leave this earth ahead of so many of us who knew and valued your kindness.
Andrejs joins in sending John and your family our sympathy at such a wrenching loss. Barbara Plakans
Sonja will be missed by all of us so sorry for your loss. Will miss her smiling face, good conversation and spur of the moment get togethers. Truly the best neighbor! Melinda Howard
