I just watched Vaughn’s video. Wonderful pictures of his wonderful life. My sympathy for your loss- both your folks were kind & genuine people. I’m glad our families were connected. Vaughn was so good to my Dad - he took him to lunch when he was failing - gave Mom a little time and Dad a good friend to be with for a bit. I hope you are all doing OK. I hope he grabbed Lois who passed a few days later & said I know - right this way!\ud83d\udc96 We were so blessed!
I am so glad we picked him up to visit with Palmer Holden when he was in Ames. We had such a good visit. We always enjoyed our visits with Meg and Vaughn. They were both remarkable people. We will miss them. With sympathy to all the Speer family.
