Fannie "DEE DEE" Williams age 50 passed away July 10th in a train accident on Duff Ave. Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Collegiate Presbyterian Church 159 N. Sheldon Officiated by (New Birth Baptist Church) Ames, Iowa.

On the 7th day of February 1960, in Chicago, and the state of Illinois, a female child was born to the union of Edmond Williams, Sr. and Bertha Williams. She was given the name Fannie "Dee Dee" Williams.

At an early age, Fannie accepted Christ as her personal Savior in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Body of Christ Christian Worship Center in Ames, Iowa. She had a great love for family and especially her grandchildren. Her hobby of choice was crossword puzzles.

On the 10th day of July 2010, God called her home.

She is survived by her mother: Bertha Williams; dear beloved friend: Lamont Williams; her daughters: Donna Rosemond, Mabel Mundell, Chanel (Sam) Ferrell, Laricia Mundell, Tawanda Mundell, Linda Williams, Lashawnda Williams and Tanisha Hurdle of Ames, Iowa; and her sons: Jonathan Rosemond and Tavares Rosemond of Chicago, Illinois, Lamont Williams, Mauresse Williams and Kevin Williams of Ames, Iowa; her brothers: Edmond Williams of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sheadrick Williams of Ames, Iowa, and Stephen Williams of Nevada, Iowa; her sisters: Belinda Williams of Wichita, Kansas, Stephanie Williams and Denise Turner of Chicago, Illinois; her grandmother: Laura McKenney; her grandchildren: Crystal, Maurissa, Maurice, Diamond, Nevaeh, Johmell, Javarius, and A'niysha; a special niece, Latasha Williams, and a host of other nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Edmond Williams, Sr. and sister, Marsha Williams.
