I was so sorry to hear about Joyce's passing. She was a sweet lady, and I enjoyed working with her at the DOT plus seeing her and Bob around the neighborhood before they moved off of Clark. I know all of you have many wonderful memories to cherish and hold close in your hearts. Hugs to you Bob!!
I’m sorry to hear this sad news. I worked with Joyce and Bob for several years at the Iowa Department of Transportation. I enjoyed working with both of them. I would see Bob and Joyce often around town and always enjoyed seeing them. My prayers and thoughts go out to all of you.
We will miss you
I knew Joyce from the Iowa DOT. She is now in the loving arms of God.

Bob, Steph, and Jeff, Ryan and Joni, and families,
I am still so shocked of Joyce’s passing away so soon. I know she was doing well at Bethany Life when I visited her the one day after she arrived there.
Joyce, Bob, Jack, and I go back 49 years for me And 54 years for Jack when they begin working at the Ames maintenance garage together.
Jack visited them often and help out on jobs that Bob’s was working on.
I am going to miss Joyce here at Windsor Oaks. When they moved to Clark Avenue, four houses away from Jack and I, I visited them often after Jack’s passing nine years ago. Then they followed me here to Windsor Oaks.
Rest in peace, Joyce. Now you can have coffee with Jack, Lloyd, Borts, your family members and friends.
May God comfort you all now, and in the days, months, and years to be.
Betty Gordon, Ames.
So very, very sorry to hear about the loss of your family member Ryan, Joni and Carson! You are in our thoughts and prayers! Please take care during this stressful time!
